It's funny how nice people can be while they are selling you something, promising that you'll be well looked after with them and then as soon as they've got you all customer service goes out the window. For the last 3 or 4 times taking my car here I've come away disappointed, not that the work carried out was bad but the people are miserable, they can't wash and vac your car properly it's always half a job, like I may as well just do it myself if I'm going to have to go over it again anyway. How hard is it to wash a car, takes like 20 minutes. Took it in for an update on sync 3 as it had a black screen and I couldn't seem to do it, was there all day and they couldn't solve it so they said I'd have to buy a full new unit. I took it home, googled it and fixed it without 20 mins. That's how useless they are. Only bothered about upselling, the sort of place where you go to collect your car and they say they'll bring it right round only to leave you standing outside in the freezing cold for 20mins before bringing your car to you. And don't expect to be listened too by Kevin the manager cause that ain't going to happen. Just do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, that's what I'm going to do and I won't be purchasing another car from Stoneacre again.

Had an MOT and service which included 2 new front tyres - within 1 week one had a serious leak, called to book it back in and was told this would be 10 days - obviously I can't wait that long so took it to a local mechanic for replacement. Called Stoneacre and asked for a return of the cost of the original tyre as suspect it was not fitted correctly, was told they would need to see it in their workshop first - i do understand the reasons for this but as i was initially told 10 days by their booking centre, i had already taken it elsewhere for a fix. Been a good customer here for years now and I'm buying a car in the New Year, would have considered going to these guys as I've previously had nothing but a good experience - but will not be using their services again and would not recommend to others based on how they have handled my issue. Go elsewhere is my advice

Extremely pleased with the focus and fiesta we have just purchased from stoneacre Cleckheaton. The dealer was very helpful and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. I have just purchased a very tidy SEAT Arona 2019 from here and received excellent customer service and advice from one of their sales team Nick Salter. They took my Ford Focus in part exchange. I was impressed with explanations to my queries, speed of working out a deal and excellent service even delivering the car as I don't like driving in Leeds. All paperwork sorted out efficiently and with a cheerful smile nothing was too much trouble
Kevin the service manager and Adam the service advisor asked me to repair a damaged BMW Diamond cut alloy wheel that THEY had damaged while fitting a tyre for a customer. I did the specialist refurbishment along with free collection and return along with supplying a new M badge for the wheel and refitting the tyre but he refuses to pay for the work. I have been trying to get paid since the 13th of March 2021. He says he has no recollection of the repair but it was himself and Adam that asked for the work to be carried out. I would definitely not recommend using Ford at Cleckheaton and have since moved all of my Ford servicing and repairs to another dealership. AVOID !!

A very good experience with Stoneacre Cleckheaton with none of the usual pressure sales routine.We were looked after by Paris our car salesman and he was both informative and friendly throughout.

I purchased a Ford Fiesta form here back in August. The car was clean and in good condition and up to now I have had no issues with it that haven't been resolved imminently and efficiently. The car is great value for money and I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.
