We recently purchased a Volvo XC40 from Stoneacre Volvo in Lincoln and we were very happy with the excellent service we received. Tia was friendly, polite and helpful and put us as ease straight away. She explained things to us clearly and was eager to answer any questions we asked. When my Husband contacted the branch shortly after our puchase, Tia was unable to answer his question at the time but as promised she made enquiries and rang him back promptly, she provided excellent customer service and acted in a professional manner. We would also like to mention Tom P. for looking after us from start to finish, he was also very friendly, polite and helpful and professional which made the whole process much easier to deal with. Overall a great company and very happy with my new car

Overall impression was one of them trying to sell you as many add ons as possible, despite us saying we were not interested. The fact that on starting the car at pick up, 3 in car service alerts were flagged up was disappointing to say the least. Rick was very patient explaining the in car system to us - thank you.

All staff were very helpful and made purchasing my recent car stress free. Very quick and efficient, would definitely recommend using them if you want a second hand or new volvo.
