James Mcloughlin of Lincoln. I ordered a car through the motability scheme on the 22 December 2016 I was not able to test drive the model I choose as one was Not available on the day so I made it clear I wanted to do a long test drive before I received the ordered car in mid March 17 having waited 5 weeks I rang Volvo Lincoln good news a Volvo XC60 would be available for the test drive the next day being 01-20-17. I went along at the agreed time signed the docs and of I went within seconds I saw flagged up on the nav info screen low on fuel which after 50mt was quite a shock I returned to Lincoln Volvo to be told that they had put in £10 of fuel and all would be well so they put only £10 worth in a demo car? I was told they would put more in but I said I will leave it and left so I have not test driven a £40.000. Demo car as Volvo Lincoln are so mean cheap and is run more on the lines of a back street garage. I have bought many cars new in my life time not on HP or through motability. So I know that if you're a buyer not on motability the service is much different as received as a buyer on motability so I can buy a car through the scheme but test drive a demo that's telling you to fill up before the demo gets of the ground is just cheap does not instill any none what's ever confidence would not give a one star if it was possible none would be give.

I have called Stoneacre Volvo three times during the last month to ask them about updating the Sat Nav on my Volvo. Each time I have been told they will call me back, each time they have failed to do so. I called Volvo Customer services who apologised and advised they would speak to the dealer and get the them to call me: I am still waiting (it's been a whole month since my initial call). 4 attempts at trying to give them my custom in a month with no success. Clearly this dealership does not value or respect customers therefore they will NEVER see a single penny of my money. I will take my business elsewhere.
