Terrible after sale customer service!! Avoid avoid! Purchased a Dacia Duster had it for TWO DAYS when there was an electrical fault stating to stop the vechicle immediately. Took it back for repair, called every week, told each time to call back the following week. Given a courtesy car that we don’t want and does not meet our needs, nor is it the car we PURCHASED! 🤣🤣 After 4 MONTHS told they were unable to fix it and the only available alternatives are cars we don’t want or ones we have to pay thousands more for! This car was 18 grand or so and not cheap to us! No explanation, no offers of viable alternatives just excuses after excuses. It is now 6 MONTHS on, and no word from the dealership, unbelievable! We were called ‘troublemakers’ by Dan the salesman when we went in to discuss the matter!!, Even head office said this not acceptable but just referred us back to Stafford 🤣🤔 The matter is now in the hands of the financial ombudsman who are excellent, and the local press! Wish we’d never been to this place and I would strongly advise against anyone purchasing a used car from here!

I would to say what an absolute pleasure it was once again getting car services and MOT done at Astonfields . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Put a deposit on a 67 plate Seat leon cupra, on the test drive I noticed that the clutch was slipping in every gear and also smelt of burning clutch , so once I got back to the Stoneacre dealer I explained what I experienced and that I would be happy to pay full asking price which was £22.495 providing they fit a new clutch. A few days later I received a phone call with one of the salesman trying to tell me that it didn't need a clutch and that the reason it was "slipping" was because it had been remapped which he said they can remove, to which I replied that isn't how a remap works and that I was 100% sure it needed a clutch fitting. After being lied to by one of the salesmen, I asked for the deposit back (which I am still waiting to receive) and noticed now that they have re-listed the car a week later at £19995, which is funny because a week before they told me categorically they couldn't sell it for any less than 22.495. So theoretically they would of been better of fitting a clutch and receiving full asking price rather than losing £2500 and still have a car that a customer couldn't drive away. Typical corporate lying salesmen.

After purchasing a new car from Stoneacre 12 months ago 2019 and being more than happy with the excellent service we received we decided we would look no further when buying our next car. Now one year late we contacted Ms Karen McAteer (The original sales person ) from 12 months ago to see if she had in stock the exact car we were looking for .After taken all the details down of our requirements a few days later I was contacted by Ms McAteer with details of the exact car we asked her to lookout for. I was sent a large number of photos and history documents of the car which I asked for .All of this was done by email due to myself working away from home in Equitorial Guinea .after speaking to my wife we decided to go ahead and purchase the car even though I was not in the country Ms McAteer again completed the transaction and the car would to be ready to picked up on my return to the UK on the 19th of December . I also had a few other requirements (transfer of a cherished number plate and a tow bar fitted) again this was all completed prior to my return . To make things easy for me to pickup the car Ms McAteer offered to pick my self up from the Airport at Birmingham drive me back to my home in Lincoln and she would return in the car we traded in .However due to a flight cancellation my return was delayed by 8 hours meaning It was 10pm at night before I would arrive I therefore contacted Ms McAteer to say I would make arrangements to collect the car the following day on speaking to Ms McAteer she said it was no problem and she would be at the airport as originally arranged be it 8 hours later. I would therefore like to thank Ms Karren McAteer and all staff at Stoneacre Stafford for Excellent service and a hassle free transaction Dave Jamieson

I purchased a used car from Stoneacre Stafford and it was the easiest and most comfortable purchase of a vehicle that I have ever made. Tina is brilliant at her job and very good at finding the right car for you. She listened to what I wanted and found the car for me. I am over the moon with the car and will sing Tinas praises to anyone that will listen. Will definitely go back for my mot and service as their customer service is second to none.

Had really good service at Stoneacre Stafford, brought Peugeot 2008 bent over backwards to find right car for us pleasant and Aaron was brill thank you we will go back for our next car to this dealer
