I am extremely disappointed with Stoneacre. I have taken my car to them three separate times for the same issue, and they have failed to fix it every single time. Each visit involved travelling to the service centre, waiting a couple of hours, and leaving with the problem still unresolved. I paid £500 for a five-year warranty, yet when I actually need repairs, they are not willing to help or fix the issue. I’ve been trying for several months to get this sorted, with no success. Customer service has been terrible. Phone calls are unhelpful and feel pointless — no one seems able or willing to assist. I’ve also spent hours online trying to contact them, with no response. I submitted a formal complaint, and to this day I have heard nothing back. Despite failing to fix the problem, they are not willing to refund my money, which would allow me to take my car elsewhere to be repaired. What is most concerning is that they passed my MOT even though the brakes do not work properly, which raises serious safety concerns. Overall, this has been a stressful, frustrating experience and a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend Stoneacre based on my experience. Also the reply back to my last review isn’t true. No manager has contacted me or rebook me in.

I booked my Jeep in for a mot & service. Unfortunately it failed, however the communication & aftershaves i received was amazing by the young lady. Picking car back up, once issues are sorted. Nathan& team also fantastic when originally buying this car. Thank you all.

the service was exceptional got offered a some cold water which was needed in this heat my car went in promt the waiting area was cosy , and my car even had a valet so now i can go and enjoy the rest of this sunny day , the service staff even had a cheeky little laugh with me :)

I have worked in the service industry for over 38 years. Nathan was excellent from start to finish. He listened to me and my wife, then, took time to show us what he thought would suit me, with my many requests. He took a great deal of time, to show me different cars, hence I purchased a Jeep Compass from him. He kept in touch with me on a regularly basis, until my car was available. His communication and professionalism completely blew me away. Well done team Stoneacre Willenhall. Thank you Nathan.

I called about a car and arranged a test drive met the sale man Will cox-ward who was very helpful had my test drive then later that week took my wife out there to see the car we both liked it and agreed to to buy it. Will was very helpful all through the sale and the handover.
