Just bought another new car from Škoda Stourbridge tha salesperson name is Nick Hastings who I have had dealings with for a few years now ho has always looked after me and I would gladly recommend him to anyone we are always very pleased with his professionalism and will always deal with him at Škoda fantastic guy.

Bought an approved used skoda from this outfit. At 2200 miles later clutch failed, then master cylinder failed, slave cylinder failed and a fault in the gearbox repaired, then both front wheel bearing failed and could not have been less helpful
Bought a new car from them in September 2020 for 2 years have had problem after problem with the car. It’s lease so emailed VW and they offered deposit plus a month back, spoke to them about another car offered me something totally unacceptable and said best they have sorry. Yesterday phoned up to book a service as light has come on, no problem next Thursday. Ok I’ll just need a lift to work sorry we no longer do anything like that, they’re in Lye I work in Cradley Heath. Could have offered a courtesy car but didn’t. I am so disgusted with they’re attitude I will not use them again and suggest no one else does.
Brought new car today the service from Nick and the team was amazing the car is great extremely pleased with the whole experience. Can’t thank the whole team enough

We recently purchased a 2018 Skoda Karoq from Stourbridge Skoda. We would like to say thank you to Nick Hastings who was the salesman for his excellent customer service in helping us to choose and buy this car.
I brought a used Ford Focus from Skoda Stourbridge 4 weeks ago and I was happy from beginning to end. There professionalism was outstanding, even after purchasing the car they were more than accommodating helping to ensure that I was completely satisfied.

Bought an Audi A3 jan 2020 sales girl nice needed mot failed on rear calliper and rear discs and pads work done mot passed two weeks into ownership car parked on my drive slight downgrade hour later ploughs into my garage door damaging car and door ring service dept manager Stourbridge Skoda who tells me bring in for inspection at this time handbrake on 5 notches not holding car on level service two days later service manager rings me tells me car been through there workshop and independent work shop and handbrake up too mot standard and there not responsible for any damage which accurded I asked him have you adjusted handbrake at yr workshop he replied car not been touched since you dropped it off I was totally shocked by this and took my car away please be careful when dealing with these people “trust group” I think quite ironic pete hoggins not happy
