The car is absolutely fantastic, for a week after first getting it I had a horrible feeling in my stomach that I had made a huge mistake, but no I absolutely love the car it is great, it is frustrating because you put your foot down and hear the rev and hear the roar then you shoot off and your at the speed limit before you know it with someone in front of you. I have nothing but good things to say about Stow Car Company ..... I turned up on the Saturday sat in the car and realised if I took it for a drive I would buy it there and then which I did, I picked it up on the following thursday, it had a full MOT, full service, it was cleaned in and out immaculately, and any little issues got sorted straight away. The only thing I could say is they could of sold me the car cheaper 🤣. When I come round to selling this I will seriously be looking here to see what they have got in stock.

Bought a car from the guys at Stow a couple of weeks ago and it was just a brilliant experience. Both very helpful and easy to deal with and the car was exactly as described. We viewed a couple of cars at this dealership, both were in immaculate condition. The owner didn’t pressure us at all or give us a whole sales pitch, we were left to look at the car ourselves and then ask any questions we had. We bought the second car we saw, and they went above and beyond in preparing the car for my fussy partner!! Both guys were lovely to deal with and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

I'm not normally a person who writes reviews but I can whole heartedly say that I have never had such an outstanding service from a dealership like I had from the guys at Stow Car Company. I purchased my Maserati from here a while ago, and I was blown away with the level of service offered and the care and attention put into the car. A few months down the line, I had an incident where I was trying to avoid a huge pot hole whilst driving and I scraped the side of one of the alloys along the kerb which mortified me. I have never done anything like that before and I was concerned about it the moment I did it! I decided to contact to Stow, as I know from purchasing they are getting wheels refurbished regularly. I spoke to Andy who was super helpful, he arranged for the alloys to be refurbed and it is getting done as we speak. As far as the service is concerned, I am delighted with how much care goes into the sale everybody I spoke to was very pleasant, they are nice people to deal with so I would not hesitate to go back to them. This is the easiest 5 stars I have ever given to anyone.

I bought the Mercedes for my daughter after seeing it advertised on the internet with Stow Motor Company and she is over the moon with it. They are nice chaps, very friendly and easy to deal with. I would rate them 4 out of 5 stars and the only reason for this is because nobody gets top marks from me. Would recommend this garage to anyone!

Andy and Mark were the type of sales guys that I like to deal with. They were really helpful and really accommodating, they went the extra mile and were so down to earth. The Jag is driving brilliantly and it's a great car. I made a great choice and I am very happy with it! I would most certainly returning to these guys when I am looking for something new.

It is not often you come across such a professional, friendly, helpful car company. I would not go anywhere else now to purchase any of my cars, moving forward these will always be my first point of call. Unreal is the word to describe these guys. A great service from Andy and Mark at Stow car dealers at Chelmsford, always there to help when you needed anything, even going the extra mile and answering the phone out of hours to help with any questions I had, this was extremely helpful and I didn't expect the phone to be answered outside of the opening hours! You can certainly tell that they want to make sure that all of their customers are happy and left satisfied by the whole experience. So pleased to have chosen this dealer to buy my Vauxhall from, I am well chuffed with it.

I was not able to visit Stow Car Company to see the car due to health reasons. Andy provided me with a very detailed video of the Porsche I was interested in and I must say he went out of his way trying to find any blemishes or marks that I should be made aware of. On the strength of the video I left a deposit and was reassured that if the car was not as described once I'd seen it, the deposit would be fully refunded. Fast forward 5 days to when I was able to collect the car. The car was in exceptional condition and exceeded all my expectations! It was very clear that Andy was being over fussy in the video as I wasn't even able to find the 1 tiny stone chip he mentioned. I was given the keys and left alone to go right over the car without any sales pressure. The paperwork was dealt with swiftly and I was given a full overview of the controls on my beautiful Porsche. A very happy customer who will be recommending Stow Car Company to everyone.
