The staff were extremely good. There was no pressure whatsoever - I was left to browse around the vehicle as much as I wanted and then took it for a test drive. The experience was absolutely fine, no problems whatsoever.

I can't remember the guys name who I dealt with but he was very honest and a nice guy. I'd happily give them 5 stars.

First time financing a car, made it easy, simple and fast. But most importantly great atmosphere, friendly and easy to talk to everyone around the dealership. Great services from great people.

The service offered by Stow Car Company was fantastic. I live in South Wales, so quite a distance from Chelmsford, but they kept me up to date and sent me videos when I asked. On the day I travelled down, they found a fault with the battery and replaced it the same day. You really can't ask for more. I would absolutely travel back down to purchase another vehicle.

The van is running really well. I found the dealership while searching for vans on Auto Trader. I dealt with two people, Mark and Andy, and they were both very helpful and professional. I would absolutely recommend them to others. It was a great experience with no problems at all,

We have just been on a camping trip and the Toyota Ace Camper was brilliant. When we visited the Stow Car Company, we were really happy with how friendly the salesmen were.

I did have a slight problem with the immobiliser a couple of weeks after purchase. Although the experience at the dealership was good, I appreciated how clean the lot was and how professional they were, so I would still give it five stars.

I have had no issues with the VW Caddy at all. It is driving really well. The customer service was good, and as it was my first time visiting the dealership, I would certainly recommend it to others.
