Fantastic service from start to finish, very professional friendly knowledgeable and came away thinking we made good friends not people selling me a van. Would highly recommend and use again in the future

I recently purchased a Ford Transit Custom from Stow Car Company for my business. I have used it pretty much every day since I’ve had it, and I am really happy with it. The customer service and the van are both perfect. I’m actually looking to go back to Stow Car Company soon to get another smaller van. They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from, and I would definitely recommend them.

If I could give Stow Car Company 6 stars, I would. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I am really happy with the car, it’s perfect. I saw the advert for it online and called the dealership. They were really informative on the phone, giving me lots of information and answering any questions I had. I’m based in Bournemouth, so it was quite a distance to get to the dealership, but they were very flexible with their times and even picked us up from the train station and took us to the dealership, which was kind of them to do. All the staff were so welcoming and didn’t rush us at all. The car had been valeted and was sparkling when we saw it. I couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole process was so enjoyable, and they even said that if I ever want to sell the car in the future, they would buy it back off me to make it an easy process. I would highly recommend them, even if you aren’t too close to the dealership, as it was 100% worth it for us.

I am really happy with the customer service I received from the guys at Stow Car Company, it was spot on. They were helpful, and any questions or queries I had were answered and sorted. Moming Mark & Andy I would like to put on record my thanks for making my recent purchase such an easy and pleasant event. I can't ever remember being given a box of goodies as a 'than! you' in any previous dealings I have been involved with either here in UK or indeed overseas over a lifetime of business since starting out in 1962 but what a nice touch. Needless to say my drive back to Hampshire had me smiling from ear to ear the whole way, while some of my visiting family insisted on a drive out with the hood down to sample the delights their trendy grand-dad was going to enjoy for the next few years.
