Called in as interested in a used car, was told no sales staff were available and I’d have to make an appointment. Not impressed

My F-Pace is covered by warranty and I needed a fault fixing. Called the service department who DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. So i called the sales department and was told firstly they would put me through. Again the service department DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. The front desk receptionist told me she would get the service department to call me back. Guess what THEY DIDN'T CALL..

From the staff on reception, to the sales team, and service team these guys are the most friendly, knowledgeable and helpful car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble, they are you feel wanted, valued and appreciated. Great work guys thank you, I’ll be back when it’s time to change.

Viewed a used Jaguar, took it for a test drive, went to purchase and then the sales manager instructed his salesman to return to us stating that the car was now advertised £2,000 above the price that was hanging in the front windscreen of the car ! My wife and I were totally dumbfounded and to be honest angry, especially as the alleged sales manager couldn’t even be bothered or have the professional ‘bottle’ to speak with us in person, choosing to stay in his plush office within his plush showroom
