We came up to view a car after booking 2 days ago travelled 1 and half hours to get there on arrival we were told Reece who will deal with us was busy so we had another 2 staff looking after us . After deciding we would purchase the car they told us someone else had put a deposit down and we needed to get the full money to them in 2 days to secure the car which we couldn’t do .We felt all they where interested in was the money was extremely disappointed with the BMW experience.
Arrogant, rude staff who seem to only care about flirting with each other and not customer interaction. I have managed sales and CS staff all my career and every member of this team drastically needs training!!!

Saw a really lovely Mini, but over budget so wanted to look around. Paid £200 for it to be held which was a very nice offer, we were reassured should we not go ahead with the purchase we would get the £200 refunded. We have now been waiting almost a month and after a few phone calls and promises we still haven't received it back. Wished we hadn't paid it.
I purchased a used BMW X4 on click & collect very pleased with the vehicle very well presented the staff was very helpful, friendly could not do enough would do business with stratstone chesterfield again best wishes to Hayley & Marcus many thanks.

Was looking to buy a m2 competition looked at offers on line went to Stratstone BMW in Chesterfield to see if they could match the offer I had from a dealer thought it would be better buying from local BMW dealer just in case there was any reason I had to return. After a week of being on the phone to the sales guy they said they would do the same deal so went down filled in all the paper work 2 hr. later the sales guy told me his manager said he couldn’t do the deal unless I had something in writing from the other dealer. I bought an approved used x5 back in July 2016 from Stratstone BMW in Chesterfield, staff knowledge minimal, car had £000 worth of faults from egr, front suspension, engine mounts, steering, injectors, dsg issues, brakes warped, etc. It already spent 3 months in garages from 8 months ownership. Think 3 times before you are tempted to use them.
