Absolutely disgusted with the conduct of BMW's staff. Can't help but feel as a woman I have been taken advantage Off. Last week I went to see about handing in my car and was told, after everything had been checked with the finance, I could hand the car back. I then went and found the next car I wanted elsewhere as they did not have one. I went to return the car today, as agreed, only to be informed that I had been given false information by their staff and that in order to hand the car back I would need to pay Over £600 to end the contract on the car. All I got was a half hearted apology from the staff as there was apparently nothing they could do, despite the fact they were the ones who had given me the wrong information. Disgusted does not go half way towards describing how I am feeling as I have now been left out of pocket. BMW should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers, and clearly need to train the staff better.

Hi decided to buy a BMW X6, visited the Stratstone BMW showroom in Doncaster and interacted with a guy called Chris who passed me on to another guy, who’s name I didn’t get, but he showed me round the car and then returned me to Chris. Who in the meantime had had my car valued, seemed a nice guy promised to ring me next day with a price and I agreed I would call in the next day(Sunday) No phone call on Saturday so didn’t call to showroom as promised, no contact since, have wasted 2 hours of my time, what a load of tossers, have since bought a Touareg, what a difference in customer relations and A far better suv Dennis Lee
We have been loyal customers of Stratstone Doncaster BMW for 7 years having bought 3 new cars. We have seen staff come and go over the years. The one thing that made us go back was the staff. Not now. The standard of Bmw service by the staff is no longer tolerable. It is impossible to park a car in their car park. It's time to go elsewhere.

Yes the Stoneacre BMW Doncaster dealership is an old out dated site in comparison to most dealerships and the place gives the impression the staff are also showing similar signs of not bothered or waiting their redundancy calculations.... Every dealership I have been to the sales person has shown signs of wanting to sell a car; whereas here I get the impression they survive on those customers who attend to buy without any requirement of a sales persons push and rely on the website doing their work for them. It is a shame as they have some good stock and can be competitive pricing too, they just need to show that extra push towards and customer and make them feel appreciated for spending their thousands in this establishment like I did mine.
I bought a 3 year old second hand 18,000 miles, one previous owner) 'Mini Approved' Mini Countryman 10 months ago for £15k. Initially (next day) I found damage to the paint work which was not immediately obvious. I was quoted 900 at a local workshop. Mini Doncaster accepted resonsibility but only offered 300. They would not go any higher. 3 months later the back breaks needed replacing as dangerously worn, this time they offered nothing. Wear and tear, after three months! Ok!? Now the clutch has failed. £917 to replace at my local Mini dealership. Again, nothing offered all whilst the car is under 1 yeat warranty and 'Mini Approved'. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Second time I’ve experienced this at Doncaster BMW - hence review - went In to make a 36k purchase - 30 minutes later still waiting for the keys to see the car - helpless receptionist powerless just kept apologising - all salesmen and managers upstairs chatting - one even walked past and when asked to help me did a shrug and went upstairs - walked out in the end - my money went elsewhere - very poor and gave impression of a dealership that was closing - went to Sheffield - wow what a difference !

So let me get this straight. You were so fed up with how you were treated .......you went to the same dealer but in a different town! Genius! Do you think they care? You've still given that company your money regardless of which town you spent it in you cabbage
