I own a Range Rover evoque. 10 months ago I had a dashboard fault light saying incorrect diesel exhaust fluid quality detected. This is a known fault of the range rovers. I paid JLR in Houghton to look at it and as already known there was no incorrect adblue it was fine. The charged me to reset the fault which I believe I should not have had to pay for. I did ask what guarantee I would get as I do not want to be paying every other month for this fault and they told me two years. The fault has come on again and they said they are going to charge me again. So 10 months ago they lied to me. How unprofessional. I am very disappointed that a company like theirs has an after sales service no better than a poor back street garage. I have contacted their head office to see if their customer service is any better, I don’t hold my breath. Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone spending large amounts of money on JLR cars as after sales service is shocking to say the least.
