Bought a 2006 Toyota Prado from these guys a few months ago and the front right brake calliper seized before I had even got it home. Had it replaced at great expense and when I called to chat to them about it was told "I'm in Dubai on holiday, will get hold you when I'm back." Maybe he's still in Dubai as I have never heard from the man again.

Do not buy from this garage. I purchased a Kia would and was misled into thinking it passed the MOT with no advisories (I realise I should of double checked this, but being naive and trusting I didn’t) within a few weeks all my back breaks went, had to get rescued from the motorway with my small children in the car with me. Finally managed to get the owner to pay for this to be fixed. Now my clutch has gone. I’ve had this car for 2 months! I don’t know how they can sell cars like this to people and keep a clear conscience. AWFUL

I rang to arrange a viewing and test drive for 3pm that day. They said they'd be there. I paid £75 to get there on the train and they were closed. I wish I'd read these reviews first.

From start to finish Summerhill Motors have not been as customer friendly as they first appeared to be. Just one piece of advice never ever buy a vehicle from them - they seem to be all dodgy motors - personally I should have left the vehicle I bought where it was, should have known better

I thought a car off them last year had nothing but problems with it.
Just After the warranty has run out.
Their service is appalling ,they don't have a debit machine and just do bank transfer or cash.
I didn't get the logbook until 2 months after buying it , how to get the logbook myself, they celebrate with me within the next week or two I tried phoning them I tried emailing them and in the end did it myself .
A use covid as an excuse .

This car sales are not to there word . They took a deposit of me to hold a car Went to have look at it wanted defects doing to it so I said To them about work and made an offer there said they could have sold it two times over and at this time he said he would keep my deposit for messing him around then he said he would do the work.went to get vehicle work not done .would not recommend to anyone to by from this site
