A hughe dissapointment!! I bought a ford s max at 19/7/2023. Just returned from garage after general checks. There is plenty of issues. Leaking radiator, leaking termostat housing, leaking water pump. Only this gonna cost me over 900£. Guarannty company of course refuse to pay for antything. This is not the end. Garage also noticed a big leak from the top of the engine but to make sure what is going on they need more time to take off some parts. The funniest thing is that authorised Ford service checked vehicle at 18/7/23 one day before purchase. After contact this Ford Service informed me that check they provided not include checking a leaks or other issues which I have in my car. They checked tyres pressure and other stupid things only! I am aware that used car with 87k miles can have issues. This is normal thing but seller should informed me about this issues. I trusted Supreme Cars but I advice You all to do some proper vehicle check before You buy any car.

We are sorry to receive this review. If we were made aware of any faults from the service or mot from a 3rd party garage which we use, any faults would have been rectified without fail. We offered you to bring the car back for a second opinion which was refused. You also mentioned that the warranty would have covered the radiator if that was found to be at fault. Again this was rejected. We are always here to help with any matter for any customer, I don’t know what more we could have done or offered.

I was looking for an S-MAX and there were 6 or 7 to choose from on the day I visited. I wasn't planning to buy right away but was so impressed by the car and put at ease by the honest advice and complete lack of sales pressure from Paul that I ended up putting down a deposit there and then. When I picked the car up after its service I found there was a problem with one of the door lock actuators. Gave Paul a ring and he happily got it fixed at my convenience. I'd gladly buy another car from Supreme Cars Cheltenham when the time comes.
