I found the staff to be rather helpful and when i went to get my Vauxhall Astra it was clean and in very good shape. It seems reliable, no issues up to now and the value for money is spot on. I would happily recommend Surecar Direct.

I have had my Honda Civic for around 6 months now and I have had no issues with it! The car was immaculate when I received it's still running perfectly. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and when there was a small mix up with the service book they got it rectified with immediate effect. I can't fault this company and I would definitely recommend them.

I bought a Mazda Sport from here back in July. The car was clean and matched its online description. I originally found it on Ebay. I have had a fair few issues with the car but the dealership have been brilliant, sorted every singe issue and supplied me with a 7 seater courtesy car. I am really impressed with the service and the aftercare from Surecar Direct and I would highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a Mazda from Surecar Direct in May. I would recommend them, they were really friendly and helpful. The car was received in brilliant condition and was superb value for money. Up to now the car runs perfectly, no problems, I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.

Surecar Direct were excellent, they were very welcoming, when I arrived they were finishing up preparing the car, it was nicely valeted and has been perfect since driving it away. There was no messing around, the customer service and quality of product certainly warrants a 5 star rating.

Overall this dealership was not the best but not the worst. They were very helpful over the phone before purchase. When I made the long journey down to the dealership in Bristol there wasn't much in the way of pleasantries, very much sign the papers take the keys and on my way. I would have perhaps appreciated being taken around the car. The car itself had been cleaned nicely though which was nice and I would probably still recommend them but their service could be beter.

I was very impressed with Surecar Direct, a much more personal service than I've experienced with other car dealerships. They were very welcoming, quite happy to have a sit down and a cup of tea and answer any questions I had. The car wasn't ready on time but I picked it up the day after and they had given it a full valet and it looked great. 10/10 i'd definitely recommend them.
