Bought my BMW 1 Series here and everything has been great so far with no issues at all. The only minor thing was the windscreen washer fluid had a bit of a smell, but I managed to get that sorted. Great experience over all. I just popped in for a visit and ended up driving away the same day. The whole process went smoothly.

The experience was faultless, James is a very relaxed but informative salesperson. He is not pushy at all which was important to me, but was very helpful and answered any questions. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the car is a dream. I am over the moon with it!

From start to finish, the experience with the dealership has been positive. The car itself is great and clearly of high quality. There was a minor concern with a mark on the window, but the team handled it well and were good to deal with throughout. Communication has been consistently clear and professional. The only reason this isn’t a full 5-star review is that I felt some things could have been resolved a little more straightforwardly. That said, for context this is my first time buying a car outside of a main dealership, these guys truly outperformed any main dealership I’ve dealt with before. Very impressed overall.
