Overall purchasing experience was very good from initial contact to test drive and then collection. Found one of the tyres had a slow puncture the week after I collected it that was down to a leaking valve so, although it was probably an issue at the time of purchase, I just got that repaired locally.

Sold an X5 and bought a Golf R. The whole process was seamless from the valuation to the finance options. Would highly recommend.

They are a good dealer and a nice team and the car is absolutely mint. There was a couple of little issues but to be fair to them they ironed them out straight away, I was looking for a while for the perfect car and I finally found it at Sutherland. I found it online, went to look at two days later and within a week I had bought it. They even did a service and replaced the pump for free. Lovely dealership can't fault them.

Jack was lovely nothing was too much trouble, No one was pushy and the car is lovely. One of the halo running lights have gone dim so I took it back to get it fixed but I'm not marking them down for that. 5 stars!
