They were all really nice, they gave me all the information I needed without any pressure. The car has been great so far. I've only knocked it down half a star because I'm having to chase them for the V5, but apart from that my experience has been really good.

All absolutely fine, james was very polite and easy going. he was a breath of fresh air to be honest, no sales pressure either. The car is our family car and we've used it extensively so far, we're really happy with it.

I would give my experience with Sutherland a score of 5 excellent. I would add that Callum was very patient with my various queries regarding the vehicle and stuck with a process that took several weeks. Also the car was immaculate in every way at point of handover.

I don't have too much to say other than the staff there were really down to earth & approachable and that was nice and refreshing compared to other dealers. I dealt with James and he was great.

The car is really nice, The only thing is the air con is making a noise it shouldn't be making and the air isn't cold. James was great, there was no sales pressure and they even picked me up from the airport. I would definitely go back and I have already recommended them to friends and family because they were brilliant.

From personal experience good, positive feedback really helps. Put another way, I'd buy from Sutherland again with doubt.
