It’s got to be five stars for these guys. Callum might’ve been new but he didn’t put a foot wrong and I genuinely can’t fault him. I’d been on the lookout for an RS3 for a while and it definitely hasn't disappointed. It’s been great fun to drive!

I’d like to say a huge heartfelt thank you to Callum for all his help and support last month when I bought my Kia Picanto. I’d been looking through Auto Trader for a while when Sutherland Automotive popped up and amazingly, they were really local to me. I popped down to see the car planning to buy it that day if all looked good… and the rest is history.

Just bought possibly one of the best second hand versions out there. Mint condition!! Happy with all aspects of the deal which was very straightforward. They paid for our taxi as they couldn’t collect from station and without asking took a little off the agreed but fair price for the car. That paid for a very nice lunch down by Chew Valley lake shore (good recommendation Dan)! Am I pleased with my car: delighted! Would I buy from them again: absolutely! I can’t fault James and the team at Sutherland. While repairing a chip the windscreen was accidentally cracked but they handled it brilliantly. I was given the option to leave the car with them for a couple of days while they replaced it, or to have it sorted locally with them covering the cost. I went for the local option and they paid the fee upfront with no fuss at all. Thanks to the whole team for the great service, both during and after the sale.

I’ve had Range Rover Sports in the past so when prices dipped a bit, I decided to switch back from my G-Wagon — it just wasn’t the most economical to run. I found Sutherland Automotive through Auto Trader and I’ve got to say, they were really efficient. I took the train down and the car was prepped and ready to go. I literally had a coffee, signed the paperwork and was on the road. The guys at the dealership were all friendly and didn’t waste any time getting everything sorted.

I don’t get to drive much during the week because of work but I’m really enjoying my new Audi A3 at the weekends — it’s a great car. The team at Sutherland Automotive were great and James who handled the sale was really friendly and helpful. The whole experience was smooth and hassle free, so full credit to him for doing a great job.

I’d only had my Jaguar F-Type for two days when I noticed an issue with the battery draining. I got in touch with James who sold me the car, and they arranged for it to be recovered for further investigation. It turned out the passenger door module needed replacing, so they booked it in with a Jaguar specialist. Since then the car’s been running really well, so everything worked out in the end and I’m genuinely quite happy. Huge thanks to James at Sutherland Automotive for being incredibly helpful, responsive and for taking responsibility to make sure everything got sorted. It's very much appreciated.
