Got to dealership Tuesday for a prearranged test drive of a Kia Niro E Told to make contact with Ethan who seemed surprised to see me. He explained the car had been used all over the week end and wouldn't be back until Wednesday. Why wasn't I told that on Saturday when I made the appointment and /or contacted on Tuesday to cancel. The whole site was chaotic with cars everywhere and the way out was like a slalom to drive through. Won't be going there again.

My car purchased was deal by harrison. He is very efficient and very helpful through out the whole process.
Called here today around 3:30pm. Looking to purchase a new Kia E Niro. Spoke to a sales person about a test drive was told they were happy to do an hour test drive which we told him we had already had a local one. Was looking for a longer test drive over a few days or long weekend. Of which we were told point blank no we don't do that! If I am looking to purchase one of these vehicles valued at over 30 k I would expect to have more that a 15-20 min test drive. Looking at the reviews I can see that less than 3 weeks ago a vehicle was out on trial for 2 weeks at which time the person came back and purchased it. Of which I may also after a long test drive say this is the car for me and also purchase. We already drive a Kia Niro phev of which we are due to change in October but the service we received today would not make us return to purchase. A disappointing visit. Regards Chris.

Just a brilliant service from the members of of staff of Kia all very helpful ,while waiting around an hour , beacause of how busy they were. But we'll worth the wait to be greeted by Harrison who was very professional from start to finish , with us buying another Kia car which are just amazing . Thank you to the Manager and his Team well done all .
