Went to pick up my new car, everything went as smoothly as expected (it’s not the first time I’ve dealt with Honda dealerships). The car was ready and well prepared, with everything in order. Dealing with all the necessary paperwork was straight forward and clearly and precisely explained to Me. All the cars controls were explained before I drove off, so I knew what was what. I've never had a Honda before, but I wanted something bigger and more suitable. My Husband was struggling getting in and out the car so we needed something more practical and comfortable. I was recommended a few different Honda models by a friend, but wanted to go and have a look and decide from there. I was allocated to Chris when I went to see the cars and Honda Bolton and I must admit, he is by far the best sales staff I have ever met, I explained to Chris why I needed a bigger and more comfortable vehicle and he suggested this model. I'm very happy with my choice of the HR-V, I very much like it, its highly practical for what we needed, it's nice to drive and there is plenty of room, lovely and spacious, its comfortable for myself driving and my Husband as a passenger too. The over-all service was very good, even after the sale was completed, I went back a couple of times asking things and Chris took his time to go through them with me. He was ever so patient, and supported through the sale. Thank you for delivery above my expectations.

I'm very happy on the whole, a great car purchased and great customer service provided. Chris was very very good and I also dealt with the manager at Bolton Honda he was excellent too, they have looked after me well. I was given a mountain of information about the Honda Jazz and feel its all come in handy whilst I've been getting to grips with the new car.

This is the first time I have ever looked for a car online, I felt there was a risk factor and I felt nervous about buying online with it been such a big purchase. I contacted Swansway Bolton and spoke to one of the salesmen, Chris. Chris was incredibly helpful, he was brilliant. All worries and nerves were eliminated upon the first chat with Chris, and I would feel confident buying online again with Swansway Bolton. He sent me videos of the car, he was walking around it, telling me all about the car, its features, functions etc and he was zooming in on anything he thought was important, it was almost as though I was walking around it myself, I felt very confident in my decision and felt comfortable making the journey to collect the car after seeing the car inside and out in such good detail. If there was any questions I had, Chris was happy to explain everything and run over the finer details. It was a very easy process, streamline and simple. I'm getting to grips with the car now and it is just right for the whole family. I can put the seats down and fit so much in, and the kids are also comfortable with enough space in the back too. Its an all rounder practical car and we are all very pleased with it.

I used to have a S Type Jaguar, and don't get me wrong a beautiful piece of machinery, however I had a serious DPF malfunction where it overheated and destroyed the Jaguar, it was pretty much a write off. I was unsure of what car to have next and spoke to my local guy who looks after my cars, he said straight up a Honda or Toyota. I looked for a Honda and came across a Honda HR-V online, I travelled quite a distance to look at the car but the reasons I was interested was A. I liked the look of the car and B. it had a 12 month Honda manufacture warranty which gave peace of mind. I purchased the car and organised to collect it, everything ran very smoothly. I like the car and I'm very impressed with the build of the car, its robust and reliable. I would certainly recommend Bolton Honda and Chris who I dealt with.
