Purchased a Volvo V40 from Switch Car group and it has been good. I went for the V40 because it is bigger than my last car. The dealership was nice and clean, the customer service was brilliant, they were very polite. If this car doesn’t break, then I would go back to them again.

Would avoid this place at all costs. The visor in my car was broken on the very day I collected it, and getting it sorted has been an absolute nightmare. Andy has been absolutely useless throughout the whole situation. He has been so unhelpful, shows very little interest in resolving the issue, and has made what should be a straightforward warranty repair into a complete headache. It genuinely feels like he just isn’t bothered once he’s got the sale. The car is covered by a six-month warranty, yet I’m having to chase for something that was faulty from the very first day I collected it. I’ve now been waiting over three weeks and still haven’t had a response or any proper resolution. The lack of communication, effort and customer service from Andy has been extremely disappointing. You would expect a bit of help and professionalism when buying a car, especially when something is broken from day one, but that clearly hasn’t been the case here. I shouldn’t have to keep chasing someone to get an issue sorted that isn’t my fault. Overall, an extremely frustrating experience, and based on how this has been handled, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
