After few visits to BMW coventry end of 2019, and the car tested by one of the seniors; they found the issue that i raised and decided that the suspensions need changinging. Few weeks later, the right side of the car goes down after parking it for as short as couple of hours. I took the few times to BMW coventry, and they said there is no problem. Though it happened to on one occasion at BMW, and the person who delt with me promised he will email me and raised the issue as he has seen it. I was ignored completely. All what they care is ripping the money

This is just a review of the purchasing experience, not on any follow up interaction. 1. I expected to pay the price as advertised. No bartering, although since I paid the car in full on the day, I did get a £200 specific detailing on the bodywork, that I requested. 2. I was kept informed by email, as requested, From the point of purchase to the pick up. My pick up time was facilitated without any problem, another salesman was suggested if my salesman was not available. 3. The vehicle was not showroom clean, Yet, that is only my opinion and I only noticed after taking it home. 4. The salesman was excellent. Not pushy in any way and did help me solve an embarrassing situation. My credit card did not work for the purchase of the car tax. He used his credit card and I gave him the cash for the transaction. That saved me getting a taxi home and fetching a new card! 5. I have been to the Syntner Coventry BMW dealer 3 times in 10 months with a view to purchase a vehicle, I had met various sales people and the two guys who advised me on the 330D, resulted in the purchase of the vehicle.
