I’ve never usually write google review’s however I feel like this had to be said..I never thought Customer Service could be as bad as this. I purchased a car from Tim and the dashboard lit up with an issue after driving 30 minutes from his garage on the day I brought this car. I ended up returning the car 3 times for the same issue to be fixed. After it got delivered a 3rd time it still wasn’t fixed.. I gave up and requested a refund. We agreed a date and he refused the refund. I had to make 5, 2 hour trips in total. I finally got a refund after him being racist, swearing, guilt tripping and unbelievably manipulative. (All in front of 2 children under the age of 5) I’m very shocked I got a refund without having to take him to court. Please do not go to this garage and please pay attention to all of the bad reviews!! I made the silly decision to ignore all of the bad reviews I saw about this garage and I regret it so much. Tim is a time waster that causes nothing but stress!! PLEASE AVOID THE GARAGE!!!!!!

Worst car brought ever. There is four wheel nuts missing from the car the horn does not work after driving it for 10 miles you could smell of burning clutch they gave us a three month warranty but also said none of this is covered under the warranty they sold at a car that was absolutely dreadful has become a nightmare these people are Road.

l needed a car for my neighbour. Tim found her a small hatchback,in nice condition,with good service history. My OAP neighbour is well happy with it. would use tc autos again.
Shortly after driving the car off the forecourt the engine management light came on, they agreed to fix it free of charge, they had it a couple of weeks and eventually the fault got sorted, the dealership could have kept in contact a bit better to let me know what was going during.but now the car is fixed I'm very pleased with it.
