Bought a car from this company, due to living in Swansea I asked if the salesman could send some videos of any dents, chips or scrapes and a video with the car started to hear the sound of the engine before I sign the financ electronically. It took a couple of days for the videos to be sent over to myself due to the car being in the MOT centre as it failed thr previous MOT. So obviously I wasn't going to sign any finance until the car passed MOT and I received Videos. After alot of attitude from the salesman for me delaying my signature and him threatening to sell the car to other customers I finally signed the finance as he finally sent me the videos. The salesman was kind enough to ship the car down to Swansea 1 hour after the finance was paid out and when the vehicle arrived the was so many dents, bonded side panels, no boot shelf which he didn't show me in the videos and he didnt video down low on the bumper and bonnet. The car arrived with NO NEWKEEPERS SLIP and the salesman is now ignoring all my call and messaged regarding the V5!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. No paper work for servies History when the ad said Full service history!!!! I have now contacted my solicitor just incase I don't receive the Logbook. AVOID THIS CONMAN AND COMPANY.
