The guys are Targa have always been so helpful and friendly, there's nothing that is too much trouble for them. I have purchased 4 cars from them now and they have never failed me once. I have always dealt with Tom and he has always been great with me, he will do his best to help his customers with anything. I obviously would use Targa Florio cars again, the reason I am a returning customer is because of the way I'm treated and how happy I am with the service I have always received. I recommend to anyone reading this or is thinking about getting a new car. My Range Rover Sport is everything I wanted, its in tip top shape and the price was very accordingly given its amazing condition, if your looking for a trustworthy, non-pushy car dealer then Targa is the place for you!

I am ever so happy with the customer care and service I got from Tom, he is just brilliant. I am very confident in saying if I had a problem with my Mercedes I could get back in contact and the problem would be fixed. Tom was awesome all the way through the process, he was always on hand to help with any request. The car is literally amazing we really love it, its so good to drive, handles well and certainly looks the part. During the test drive I must say there was no rush or pressure at any time. If I'm being totally honest, the hassle and stress of going down to a dealership does not appeal to me... when upgrading came around this time I decided to purchase online and have the car delivered. I've not bought a car online before but due to my busy schedule, this fitted well. I spoke to the salesman at Targa Florio over the phone and email and we arranged everything from there, I trusted that everything would be ok and it was more than ok!! I bought a VW Transporter and it is brilliant, it arrived in super clean condition and it was described very accurately, no hidden surprises. Now I've bought from this dealership, I'd be more than happy going down, I think it would be more of a day out looking at their stock list!

We had the most tremendous gentleman dealing with us, his name was John and he was probably the best salesman I've met to date. Its quite ironic how the purchase happened; we was in Chichester for a wedding and passed Targa Florio where we saw the Mercedes C220 for sale. We went in and was very pleased with what we saw, we was blown away with the incredible service we received from John, especially at such short notice. If I'm honest he sealed the deal for me, the service and how we was cared for made me want to buy the car from here. We met in the middle and John later delivered the car when we was home from the wedding. The delivery was smooth and all on time as agreed. We highly recommend this dealership and would be happy to travel to Chichester again to upgrade when ready.

The car we purchased from here sadly is just not the car for us, however this wont stop me from writing a good review about Targa Florio, the car not being for us is not anyone's fault. The service we received from here was top notch and I can say I haven't any issues. The customer service was brilliant and everybody was there to help. For the right car, I would most certainty pay Targa a visit to purchase another.
