Hi Derek, Thank you for taking the time to review. Lots of business's claim good after-sales care of course, but the real test is how do they actually respond when tested? Cars are machines of course and a 7 year old car has mostly 7 year old parts. However, for us it's simple maths - Customer bought car with warranty + something unexpected cropped up after a few weeks X Quickly resolved without fuss = Contented customer & our local reputation enhanced. We hope your car is a reliable and fun servant for you, do come see us when you're next in the market for upgrade, better still recommend someone to us & receive our referral scheme cheque when they then buy. Hi Dave, thanks for the feedback, appreciated. Cars are machines & electronics, which sometimes fail. When they do the acid test for any seller is how they respond. We have a strong reputation for resolving anything that falls inside warranty as quickly as we can. We're building a 15month warranty product for the future, customers can pay a little extra to get 'market leading' 15month warranty cover, now if that's not piece of mind for a used car then i don't know what is ... !

Thank you for the feedback Vince, great to hear you're so pleased - Our business model is 'little-but-often' accordingly we can often better anything you can find locally. We're developing a long 15month warranty product for all our cars, wow - that's how confident we are that we sell quality. We've also been accepted by the AA so soon we'll be giving all future customers 12months Breakdown cover, just to be on the safe side as we hope they'll never need it! Send Grandma & Mum down we have a referral scheme programme in the pipeline, existing customers will earn a recommendation fee if you do !

Hi Magdalena, Thank you for the kind words - yes it's really useful having a 40+ years renowned garage next to us, they do quality mechanics backed by a Bosch workmanship guarantee - it means our cars get a great health check before they are sold, thats why customers come back - but the cars rarely do !
