I purchased a vehicle from this dealer 2 years ago i have just found out the car was a involved in an accident even though i was told it was not by this dealer when i first purchased the car, so i am now facing financial ruin as the car is basically scrap. If you have purchased a vehicle from this dealer go and get it checked out by an independent to make sure you have not been taken for a ride like i have.

EVERY vehicle we sell within our group has a full Hpi check before we purchase confirming that there has been no insurance total loss payout in regard to either a vehicle being stolen or indeed involved in an serious accident. You also mention that the vehicle in question was purchased two years ago! Regardless of where you bought it from(and it doesnt sound like ourselves) surely having gone through 2 or 3 mot tests since purchase, wouldn't that confirm its road worthiness? We also imagine we would have received some correspondence from you if it came from us, given your description, of which to date we have not. We therefore don't believe this is a true review.
I bought a car from this dealership back in June. I have had a few issues with it. It seems that the dealers have been quite dishonest They did not inform me that the automatic boot is faulty and wont open and that the suspension needs a specialist repair. Also, after only one week the brake warning light came on due to them being worn. Also, instead of replacing old tyres they just swapped the front with the back. I would not recommend this dealership

I purchased a car from this dealer some years ago and have just found out the car is a write off even though the car was shown as not being involved in an accident, so now i am facing financial ruin the car is not worth any where near what it would fetch if the car had not been in an accident. If you have purchased a vehicle from this dealer you need to go and get your car fully checked out by an independent inspection to make sure you have not got taken for a ride like i have.
I bought a Honda Civic from Car a lot at the start of April.I am very happy with the purchase with only minor issues that have been resolved including a squeaky brake. The service here was really, very good. I can't fault any of the salesmen they were all friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely but from this dealer and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Outstanding service from Taylor Motor Group! I bought a Vauxhalll Insignia from them a couple of months back and they were great. The was an issue with the ABS sensor and they couldnt find a local garage so they said me up with one that could do it (150 miles away) and paid for the repairs and filled the car up and just took very good care of me. I would certainly recommend this dealership by all means. The car was excellent value for money and now that they have fixed the fault I can not say a bad word about it.

Taylor Motor Group are a lovely bunch. I bought a Mini from them in April. Elliott was a very cheery, helpful young man, very helpful during my car buying process. The car in extremely good condition and was an excellent price. I have had no issues what so ever and I would very happily recommend this dealership to anyone.
