This was my first time using Thames Valley, and Tim and Kevin were excellent to deal with. I bought the Fiat for my partner, and I've heard no complaints, and it's been running as it should. Based on my experience, I would feel comfortable recommending them to others.

The Mazda 3 that we bought from Thames Valley Cars has been good. My Mrs has been driving it mostly and has been enjoying it. I would have given it 5 stars, although we have had a small issue with the parking sensors. For that reason, it is a 4 star review, and I would potentially return to them in the future if I were to buy another car.

Purchased my Mokka x in February. Great car. We had an issue end Narch/beginning of April with the car not starting and just ticking - this happened a few times and the last whilst at work. Called Tim and AA took me straight to him advising it was the coil pack. He got this done the next morning,...and had the car delivered to my home! Great service! So far all has been OK since and very happy with the service amd everything in-between. Definitely recommend.

I'm enjoying the car so far it's good, there's nothing wrong with it. The customer service staff were great, they took their time and let me look around in my own time.

It was a quick transaction and they were good because one of the days I was due to pick the car up I couldn't make and they were happy to reschedule. The car was making a noise every time I went over a speed bump, so they gave me a courtesy car whilst they were fixing the issue which was done the next day. One small downside though - the salesman didn't wear his seatbelt when he was trying to replicate the noise which meant an alarm was going off the entire time which wasn't great. It was a good experience, not too bad at all.
