Everything at Thames Valley Cars was good, and I have no reason not to recommend them. I’d give them 4 simply because I think there is always room for improvement.

I have just bought a 2017 vehicle from Thames Valley Cars. The process was quick, easy and stress free. Tim was incredibly helpful without being overbearing and helped get roadtax and all documentation sorted with no issues. They fully serviced and valeted my new vehicle and it appears almost as new despite being nearly 10 years old. I have recommended them to all family and friends, one of whom has already purchased a vehicle from Thames Valley Cars. I would absolutely go back to them for my next vehicle and encourage others to do the same.

I’d give my experience with Thames Valley Cars five out of five easily. The engine light came on within the first couple of weeks, so the car went back under warranty. It was something to do with a blocked tube going through the DPF, which they cleared out for me, and it’s been absolutely fine since. The dealership have been lovely. You can’t prevent things from going wrong, but you can manage them well when they do. We’ve actually just bought a second car from them for my husband because it made sense to go back to where we’d had really good service before.

Everything with the Nissan Juke has been okay. I did have to take it to a garage because the navigation system wasn’t working as it should and would randomly cut out. I had to pay to get it looked at, but thankfully it was just a software update and that seems to have fixed the problem. Everything else has been perfectly fine and I’ve had no other problems. The customer service at Thames Valley Cars was really good. The guy was really nice and very patient, and he made travelling from Leamington to Reading really easy.
