Buying the VW Tiguan was really nice because Tim was great. He didn't pressure me at all, gave me plenty of time and space to look around the cars, and let me make my own decision, which I really appreciated because I find that a bit overwhelming otherwise. Recently I did notice a small puddle underneath the car, so as I have a 6 month warranty, I called the dealership and spoke to someone on the phone, and I thought they were a bit abrupt and dismissive. I know it wasn't Tim who I spoke to, but that was a bit disappointing. Even so, I did have a good experience buying the car, and I'd probably still recommend Tames Valley Cars to others.

I'd been looking for a Fiat 500 soft top for quite a while because I'd owned a Fiat 500 before but wanted the convertible version. We travelled up from Devon, and it was exactly what we wanted. The car was really cleanly presented, it was a good price, and when we checked the previous MOT history, there were no advisories at all. It's been absolutely perfect, and I'm really enjoying it. Tim was very helpful, and the whole experience at Thames Valley Cars was really good. The part-exchange value of my car wasn't great, so I didn't end up doing the part exchange in the end. Although I'd still give them five stars for everything else.

Tim and Thames Valley were really quick. From the first time I contacted them to owning the car it took maybe 5 days.

Only one issue Thames Cars need to speed up the process of sending change of ownership details to DVLA.

The one time I’ve had an issue with the wing mirror they came out to me house and fixed it for me. Tim has been great he was very responsive.

When I got in a bit of a muddle with the finance application online as it was a bit complicated, he helped me out. Thames Valley were great, no fault with them at all. They’re also local to me. I looked at a couple of Minis and Dealers online and ended up driving down to the dealership. The guys at Thames Valley cars were nice and friendly.

I was after something a bit more compact, smaller, and the Countryman fit my golf clubs. I went to Thames Valley Cars off the back of my friend's recommendation.

The Fiat 500x is fine, I’ve had to get one of the parking lights renewed and I'm going to have to come back to Thames Valley again with it. Other than that, they were great I’d rate them 6 out of 5 if I could. I came to Thames Valley as they had the Fiat 500X I was after, and I really liked the look of it when I found it online on Autotrader. When I was dealing with the dealership, they were really helpful and kind.
