This was my first car I have bought from Shafi cars and I am sure it won't be my last. I was very impressed with them and also my new car, admittedly there were a couple of things missing from the car but they stepped up and have ordered them for me and they are being delivered to my home address tomorrow. After a long drive up from London, the staff where more than welcoming. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shafi cars to everyone.

I have purchased twice from this dealer and i have to say they are a fantastic outlet. They have a first class attitude towards customers and are very proactive in dealing with any issues (If any). I was given full and detailed information in regards my purchase and was explained in great detail in what options i had. When i purchased the second time i told them exactly what i want and thats what i got. Overall highly recommended - Well done guys !

I bought a Mazda from this dealership in May. There has been an issue with the car but after a few long journeys back to the dealership this has finally been resolved. Bit of a joke but the car was good value for money.

I bought a Vauxhall Vectra from Shafi Cars at the beginning of April. I have had a few problems with the car but they are covered in the warranty and are being repaired and I should have the car back tomorrow. I have already recommended this dealership to two people and will continue to do so

I bought a car from them. It last for 3 days only. I brought the car back to them, and telling me that they will charged me for the cost of repair, which is not good. I didn't take a warranty coz it cost a lot just for a warranty.. But the car is just 3 days from me.. It means that they are selling car that last for couple of days or weeks. I want a refund a and they are ignoring it
I would recommend Shafi Cars because I got the car I wanted at a good price. Everything was handled well and the car was in great condition on handover.
I bought a car from them and a few months later the engine died and everything broke down. I phoned them to get some help at which time they promised to help but no help at all just ignored letter and phone calls. DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES OR HELP WHEN THINGS GO WRONG!

Also we do offer 3, 6, 12 months warranty options for cars in case any unforeseen problems do occur in vehicles.
