Speaking to Chris for approximately a week and agreed the price including a part exchange and arranged to travel over 200 miles to pay and collect the car. Arranged insurance and gathered all documents. Two 2 days before I was to travel I saw that the car had been marked as 'sold', naturally I called Chris to confirm that the 'sold' sign referred to me only to be told then that the car had been sold to someone else. Absolutely livid, was not told about any other interest or asked if I wanted to leave a deposit. Infuriated to say the least as I was looking for almost 4 months for the right car. No apology from Chris only that they had "only 1 car to sell". Pathetic excuse for a garage and pathetic excuse for a sales person. Demonstrates that their only interest is for quick money and sales without building custom or generate integrity. Worst experience with a garage I've had and hope to ever have.

The Brookside Garage were wonderful, I even went back there recently for an MOT and they gave me a courtesy car in the meantime. They are well worth a recommendation.

The only comment I have is that I was told that it wasn't taxed for me to drive it away but that it was ok. When I told the Post Office when buying tax disc next day they said I was given wrong information.

Brookside Garage in Cemaes Bay is an approved dealer of Subaru, Great Wall and Ford. They stock new and used cars in their showroom and as well as these great names they also have motability and an on site service centre too.
