In all the years I’ve been buying 2nd hand cars, this was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had! Peter the dealer was brilliant and quite possibly the nicest guy I’ve ever met. Found everyone here super helpful and very knowledgeable. Car was exactly as described and very good value as well. There was a small issue I had after I bought the car but it was sorted out swiftly and very much to my satisfaction.
Very pleased with my car and the service I received. It was honestly described, well prepped and presented and overall the whole experience was first rate. I would recommend these guys highly.
The guys at Brookside were very helpful sending me photos and videos of the car to help make a decision. Peter was easy to contact during and after sales. Good that the car comes with warranty which adds peace of mind when buying. Would definitely recommend for a stress-free car buying experience!

I found The Brookside Group really helpful in choosing our Citroen Picasso and when after a couple of months the battery died they were very accommodating and agreed to refund me the price of getting a new one fitted. All round great friendly service and I can't fault the after sales service as well so would highly recommend this garage and will consider coming here again for our next car.

Went to go collect a car that I had put a deposit down for but took with me an expert as I am not experienced enough to check paintwork, engine etc. Turns out that every panel on the car had been resprayed apart from the roof which raised immediate issues and inside the skirting was all cracked. The engine had also corroded, so it appeared it had been in some sort of crash or something to do with water,.. but they didn't want to say anything. Walked away from the deal as it would have cost around £2000-3000 to put it right on top of the sale price which was £10,000. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, would recommend going to a proper dealer as you'll be paying out more in the long term

I bought a Honda Civic in January. The sat nav isn't working and that hasn't been resolved but other than that its okay. The car was clean and in good shape and I have had no serious faults with the car. I would recommend this dealership.
