You will receive a good service when you buy the car as the sales representative will be the sweetest to get his commission BUT if anything goes wrong with the car, the manager will hide behind the terms and conditions and won’t help at all: I bought a car on November 19th 2017 and I already had to change both front tires, do the wheel alignment and the break pads, which cost me an extra £600, on February 15th 2018. When I contacted them about the “warranty” on the car, Pratik said they couldn’t do anything about it as those were wearable items. Despite the fact that the car was not of “satisfactory quality” as per the Consumer Rights of 2015, they sold me a vehicle that was dangerous to drive! The manager, in his reply, also told me that I should have reported the conditions of the tires myself at the time of the sale... This was THEIR job as professionals to do so, not mine! As it was my first time buying a car, I guess I was too naive to trust them... On the top of that, he blamed me for not giving them the chance to “inspect the tyres prior to replacing them”: One of the tires kept deflating, so it was a matter of urgency to get them changed. Also, if you’re making your mind up based on reviews (like I do!), be extremely careful: They explicitly ask their customers to leave 5 stars reviews on websites & social media and in return they offer “free MOT for life”...

I found The Car Centre to be knowledgeable and helpful, however the car wasn't best clean and as described as there was a few little bits inside the car that were broken that I wasn't told about but I just sorta got over them. The dealership itself was a nice looking place though! I would recommend them.
