Ruined my credit file Not transparent company they did hard search I was buying a Mercedes vclass they were doing the finance it all went through I was waiting for them to get back after I spoke to close brothers then I rang them they said they now have another person coming down if he don’t buy them we go ahead with you. Reason was 1 st come 1st served but this was only like 3-4 hours of me contact with them making finance application waiting for them to contact me to come down. They must have been offered more money I was paying advertised price buying without seeing the vehicle only pics they did apologise but they were possibly taken by greed. My credit file has a hard search due to these guys that would affect me going forward they promised this won’t happen as they didn’t sign anything no harm to these guys avoid these guys not honest or trustworthy if I didn’t have a hard search I would not have made this review I was left with no choice but to make other buyers aware of there tactics as it would affect them financially to. Made an appointment to view a Mercedes CLA AMG it looked immaculate on the website and ticked all the boxes which was totally opposite to what I seen I couldn't believe it was the same car!! It was in a compound filthy dirty all the alloys were totally mullered and down the passenger side front bumper and rear bumper scuff marks and scratches and gouged to the point the rear bumper would have needed replacing dents in the rear door and the sun visor on the panoramic roof smashed how would anyone in there right mind would present a car in this condition? A 130 mile round trip which was a total waste of time and petrol money.

Went to look at the blue BMW M4 with gold alloys. Do not waste your time with this dealership! Absolutely terrible experience, avoid this dealership at all costs! I arranged to view a Range rover sport Autobiography and at first the garage was very helpful and arranged a viewing. Unfortunately the viewing had to be rearranged as the car, so I was informed was being, serviced. MOT’d And prepared. Thinking this was a good thing and very professional, I agreed to rearrange the viewing for today, and travelled 2-hours to see the car. To my disappointment the car was in a terrible condition, not prepared at all but covered in mud. I was then informed that the boss of the garage had taken the car out over the weekend and had punctured a tyre, so not only was the car not prepared, in a terrible state, but now a new tyre was required and I could not even test drive the car! This car was not as advertised, it didn’t even look the same colour, and the service promised was actually abysmal. Save your time and effort and avoid these cowboys, poor attitude, poor service, poor experience!
