The car is absolutely fantastic, it is exactly what I have been wanting. I do have one slight issue which is the radio, however me and John are currently trying to get that sorted between us! John was a really big part as to why we decided to buy from The Car King. The level of customer care he provided throughout was better than any place we have ever been to before. We really liked the way he conducted the sale, he was more like a friend rather than a salesman. Everything was really relaxed and chilled I couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying a car. The Jaguar we did end up buying is fantastic, driving like a dream. I cannot put into words how impressed I am with John, he was such a lovely, lovely guy, there really is no better than this dealership.

I found the team to be very friendly and welcoming when I went to view the Volvo they had in. The car looked great when I was having a look around, and I wasn't hounded by the salesman, they were there when I needed them, but I didn't feel pressured. I have had no issues with the XC60 since driving away, and would happily buy from the team again, it was a really enjoyable sale.
From my initial enquiry to the finalising of the sale my experience at The Car King was great. The staff were attentive and helpful, all my questions were answered and I felt well assured. I was a bit undecided between two cars but this Volvo just had that little bit extra that caught my eye. The team didn't put any pressure on the sale, and let me take my time deciding which was the one for me. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

I bought my last car from John and returned recently to buy my next one. I cannot praise John and Stu enough, nothing was to much trouble. I wanted something economical John said what about a mini so I went for a test drive in a mini cooper D and loved it zero vehicle tax and really economical fuel wise and cheap insurance so what's not to love. Fnance was sorted, picked it up from Stu all serviced, new mot, valleted, Stu even put some fuel in for me, helped me a lot by changing ownership details and registering the mini with the vehicle tax office. Fabulous service
