Just been and looked at and bought car from The Car King today 25/8/19 which is sunday August bank holiday travelled from near mablethorpe to have a look at it first off all nice guy to deal with let me have look around car and left me to it, then let me go out for test drive alone was with my wife and our 1 year old he even said we can put her chair in back and all go, something no other dealer ever offered us in Lincoln or Grimsby. He was very truthfull about everything, the car had 5 month mot left and so he is putting a year on it for us and we decided to take the 18month extended warranty. And we also got a one year free AA breakdown cover also as it got next to no fuel in it just20 miles worth left he is going to put £10 fuel in before collection again something no one else ever does

Couldn't say anything negative about how the purchase was dealt with, but within less than 2 months major issue with the car started. Fuel line was replaced after finding a old pine cone in the fuel tank, the clutch cable snapped, the rear window wiper stopped working & I was told the gear box was in a bad state & will need replacing soon enough! This is despite the car being passed its MOT just before purchase. Would not recommend or The Car King use again. Selling a dangerous car after getting an green MOT for it, possibly knowingly that's it's in a bad state is dishonest & unacceptable. Unfortunately, I never thought of asking for a 3-6 month guarantee so could do nothing in terms of taking it back to challenge. Lesson learnt

I bought a cheap little Renault Clio from The Car King, a year in and it has been nothing other than reliable, it's never let me down and has just sailed through its MOT, Highly recommend these guys even their cheap cars are good

Highly recommend the Car King at Saxilby. Totally genuine car dealership. I bought my first 4x4 from Adie at Car King 12 years ago and have had nothing but safe and reliable motoring ever since. He has really looked after me and my disco over the years. I went back for a second car , and now have a freelander 2 which I know will be as good as my faithful disco. It came serviced, mot'd, valeted, perfect, with a lot of bells and whistles I never knew it had so no hard sell from Adie [who incidentally ladies is a sweetheart]. I am a lady who is pretty independent and needed a vehicle that would tow and get me about with no qualms as am mostly driving about alone. Highly recommend, Professional, helpful, no hard sell. I f you are looking for a car, look here first!!

Purchased a Citroen c3 during the last two months from the car king.after driving the vehicle for a while I had a clutch malfunction.a phone call to John was responded with .come in and see me..which I did he checked the car and said.I AGREE WITH YOU ON THE FAULT!! He then arranged a convenient date for the car to be repaired which has been done to my satisfaction ,This compared to other dealers I have had in the past makes CAR KING a honest and good addition to the area.Deal local and get good service ..Thank You John and your staff you deserve to suceed.

Went to car king looking for my 3rd car with them, adie was fantastic, so helpful. Ended up buying a freelander, they serviced it, mot'd it, new tyres n towbar. Best car ive had, drives amazing, so in love with it!!!! Can't fault the company, would definitely buy from again and recommend them.

Brilliant experience at the Car King. I have dealt with various car garages and it’s safe to say I’ve found an honest one with the car king, genuinely nice people and can’t do a enough for you, seriously recommend these guys! Choose another garage at your own risk!
