Bought a car from this dealer in 2021. Firstly I enquired online and was contacted by a salesman who arranged finance for me , I came to view the Vehicle the next day and collect … after a V quick test drive and arranging the sale the salesman disappeared and left me in his office for a while - when he returned he said the car had been sold to someone else , even tho he has pre arranged the sale to me ? Then tried to sell me more expensive vehicles I refused as I had come straight there from work and everything had been pre arranged how could it just be sold . As my car was being used as a px they obviously quoted me less and said my current car needed work so my px price was less and would have to roll negative equity into the new car … anyway sale was completed I drove away . Within 25 mins I had called back to notify them the clutch was not right on the car it was so heavy and struggling to get into gear . My partner had to put the car into gear for me as it was so stiff to move . The car was returned within a week and they said they would have a look at the vehicle . After checking it or so they said , the service manager took me to another bmw and wanted me to listen to how it sounds the same as mine to reassure there was nothing wrong with the vehicle …… even promised to guarantee 3 months warranty on the clutch as he said it was fine . The car wasn’t fine and I again complained … taking the vehicle back again and this time they gave me a custody car and agreed to take the car in for a thorough check over ….. contacting me within a day or 2 to say the clutch needed replacing and as a gesture of good will they would also change the fly wheel . Great or so I thought ! When I collected the car it was apparently all fixed … to me it felt the same the clutch was still heavy the gears were hard to reach , the engine rumbled in neutral STILL! . I tried to contact them several times but nobody was interested . By Xmas 21 so less than 6 months after this so called clutch and fly wheel has been replaced the car was getting worse ! Completely slipping out of gear when being driven , to the point it was undrivable and broke down on the moterway . My 4 year old was terrified and we were left stranded at night on the m62 as the car just wouldn’t get into gear ! The car was then taken to a local garage and I contacted the finance company and was advised to open a claim and force rejection . Which I did , this was ongoing for months as the car sales company lied and procrastinated as much as they could until finally admitting they had lied about the clutch and fly wheel replacement and they were forced legally to take the faulty vehicle back !!!! NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THESE , lots of reviews claiming similar mis treatment absolutely awful customer service and awful sales / service men . Conning customers
2nd X5 bought of them. Took it back due to sensor. Dealt with Graham, top guy. Great service. Would recommend to anyone. Gerry L
Was sold a car that was not in the condition advertised. The dealership made it as difficult as possible for me to recover the cost of the thousands of pounds of repairs needed. Having initially contacted them before taking the car to my local garage it was sitting there for several weeks while I tried to resolve the situation with this dealership. They ignored several of my emails and didn't phone me once. When I phoned them I was told that they had been trying to contact me but I had no missed calls and no replies to my emails. I would urge people not to buy from this dealership.

Agreed a deal on a jaguar, took time off work [NHS] and arranged to call. Got a phone call from Shaz - 3 hours before going to buy the car, was told the car had been sold to someone else. UNPROFESSIONAL BACK STREET TRADER - BE CAREFUL. Would not recommend this company. They come across as being helpful but they are absolute sharks and time wasters.
After being accepted for a Sandero, I was told I had to produce insurance for the process to proceed. I came back an hour later after paying my current insurer to switch to the new vehicle. By this time the car had sold, nice to know. Not the end of the world I guess. So we find another car. I refused to change my insurance until everything had gone through due to my experience quite literally an hour before hand. I waited in all day for delivery on the car a week or so later, the driver never turned up so I called and they were super busy so were going to have it delivered the next day. Again, not the end of the world. The driver turned up the next day 6 hours late, stinking of cannabis and making me sign all the paperwork without even getting a look at the car as he was in such a rush ( it was also dark ). He then asked me to drop him to the hotel. No one mentioned taking the driver anywhere, but I wouldn’t ever leave him stranded, so dropped him down. The next day I noticed a chip in the windscreen. I phoned up and was told I had signed it off so it was obviously fine on delivery. Makes sense I guess, but argued the toss about the fact I was never given the opportunity to look over the car and was shut down pretty quickly. The car itself was fine, a couple of bits not mentioned on the original ad of interior damage. But again, not the end of the world, I’d had enough by this point. Within the next 2 weeks the coil pack went. I was a mechanic at the time and knew that coil packs just fail, so no fault of the company. I was told I had paid for lifetime warranty on the vehicle but there was never any paperwork to show this. I slapped a new coil pack on and went on with life. A year came around and I went to renew my tax and couldn’t find the v5. I never recalled receiving the v5 through the post, checked my usual stash for v5’s. Nothing. Went on the gov website to see if it ever got changed over and it hadn’t been changed since it was originally bought by the previous owner! Fab. Contacted them to no avail. So now I have to pay out for a v5 that’s sat in their office somewhere. Originally very helpful prior to owning the car, useless since! The car itself has been fine, but the entire experience was just god awful. Never again!

Did you buy extra warranty from them?
Hi everyone, To say this isn't a main stream dealership I.e BMW, Audi or Mercedes it is a huge impressive site. I went to the car group on search for my birthday gift to myself. From the minute I walked in to the second I walked out the polite and welcoming staff where great! The lovely receptionist directed us to salesman Ali Khan he helped us and got us a fantastic deal! Trust me these guys will get it done and at a amazing price! Cannot reccomend them highly enough, great place, great atmosphere, fantastic staff and my one year old loved the site more than anyone. The colours, glass room and friendly staff. Great location! Great atmosphere! Great staff! And most of all GREAT PRICES! Get yourself down if your buying or looking to part exchange!
