First let me say that as a retired solicitor I choose my words carefully and I have no reservations about this review title. After choosing a vehicle from this firm's stock I was asked to pay a £ 1,000. deposit which I did. Delivery was agreed as being immediately after DVLA completed UK registration. We are now over three months on and my every communication has been ignored. Consequently I have instigated steps to recover my deposit. Expressed simply, I am utterly flabbergasted!

My purchase was a Subaru Domingo retro van done out like a VW camper but with no badge. The van is 20 years old and was detailed to my specification prior picking it up. It took a bit longer than originally expected because of the detailing I had requested but I am completely thrilled with the final result which included a full respray at trade prices. All I can say is these traders are dead real and refreshingly down to earth that I was treated with honesty and respect throughout the sale. I had a few issues arise after sale that they immediately paid for me to get fixed with no hesitation. Because of my experience I would definitely recommend The Car Warehouse traders to friends and family or anyone looking for something unique.

I bought a car from The Car Warehouse and it was from Japan, where a lot of people smoke in cars and it stank of cigarettes, the man their was called 'Keith' and he was so rude when i asked him about it. He was actually quite frightening. Please avoid

I bought some wheels which is NOT what they deal in exclusively so the team went out their way and packaged them individually and made them presentable. When I got them I wouldve been fooled they werent brand new. Really nice to deal with, defiantly trust worthy and will defiantly be going back to The Car Warehouse for imported vehicles

Bought a Mitsubishi evo 6 from The Car Warehouse in Middlesbrough and waited for it to arrive from Japan, further to this I then waited 6 weeks for the DVLA to register it. Then I collected it and drove it home where it developed a loud knocking from the front ,I contacted The Cra Warehouse and they said to book it into a garage where I lived because I was 300 miles away. At this time I thought fair enough, so I got it to a garage a week later only to find the fromstrut had collapsed, NO oil left in shock so they ordered a full set of coil overs which was nice until they turned up. They made out this cost more than standard but really it was the other way around they were the cheapest nastiest coil overs you could get with terrible reviews .Anyway to cut a long story short I drove 750 miles in this car and in the end I parked it up and had an inspection done by a reputable company which found the car unsafe all 4 wheels badly cracked and unsafe ,sump was damaged so that's why they forgot to service it, both bottom ball joints were no good ,rear diff had major problems engine wouldn't run and idle properly and wrong engine mounts fitted . So I wanted a refund. They dragged it out and cost me over £1500 in hire cars and inspections only to say they think I neglected the car in the little mileage I had done. They dismissed on inspection and did one them selves which I paid (they didn't know) a mechanic to stay with there inspector who found a lot of problems and as my inspector did condemned the car. Funny how they wouldn't give me a copy of there report said it was for there court defence.
