I collected my car on Saturday morning, all being great till I left the garage. Not only did they leave me with 4 miles in the reserve tank for the fuel and told me to just go the garage and fill it, then not even get 15 minutes into my journey home and the engine management light comes on. I call the garage after being stuck on the motorway with a car in limp mode for them to patronise me and ask if I put the correct fuel in the car. I get it home and still awaiting a outcome and still have a car that’s in limp mode and still have the engine management light on. I’ve taken it to be diagnosed by a garage closer to home to be informed I have a split boost pipe. Another phone call to the garage who then Implied they haven’t ever known a car to go so sudden when apparently was fine when in there possession. Lies! The engine management light was turned off for the mot and cause they had there money wanted rid and now the problem is mine! Still can’t get hold of the garage ring and ring to be told they will return the call and still waiting. Awful service and very disappointed in the service I’ve received. Official complaint has been made with the finance company and hopefully they can get me a resolution rather than speaking to people who one have a attitude and secondly can not e bothered to help rectify the problem they dodged fixing when they had the car. To add insult to injury when collecting the car it hadn’t even been valeted, just thrown under a hose pipe and paper matts placed under the foot wells to hide the mess.

Sounds like an extremely similar experience to mine, selling us a car with faults that appear within a week of buying and despite taking the car back from us for a week to 'repair the fault' the very day we get it back the fault is still there causing me to almost crash my car in a dangerous situation, garage has now stopped answering our calls and we have had to go elsewhere to get the car fixed, rest assured the garage will be getting the bill. Take my advice and don't buy from here!!!!
Problems from the start, can never get hold of Mark the owner or Dominic who sold me the car. They only like texting. They are not interested in helping once you have paid your money, refused a refund, car still not right and now had to start legal procedings. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS CROUD. TRUST ME TRUST ME
