Would leave 0 but that’s not an option. Sold this company my car via MotorWay. To start with, I had no response from them for a week after purchase. We then agreed a time of 9am to meet and pick the car up. At 09:15 I received a message saying they would be 2-3 hours late. The individual then arrived, proceeded to view my car and then decided to try and negotiate the price down from the already agreed purchase price. After checking, this is not in line with the rules set out by MotorWay, it specifically states the buyer may not re-negotiate the price upon arrival. The individual also attempted to inform me of various issues I had with my car even though I had my MOT one month ago which came back with no faults and no advisories. All of these issues turned out to actually be false. They then spoke with their boss and they decided they did not want the car unless I dropped the price, which I did not. I will not be dealing with this company again and I do not recommend anyone else to use them.
