Absolutely diabolical service.car broke down after two days,and they wouldn’t honour the warranty. They tried to go along the sold as seen (for £18k I might add). Had to get a high court writ in the end. Avoid at all costs

Beware of this company as they have now changed their name to Easy Car Credit, but are still the same bullying thieves who own it and scam people.

I have never experienced worse service. Those people are scammers and thieves. I bought a Mercedes Benz and not long after the lacquer started to peel off. But that was only the beginning. I discovered they tinkered with the mileage, steering column broke down (£400 to fix it), they fitted one that was fixed using some temporary solution, but this only came out later. I was in touch with their legal advisors- formal letters and everything. Never got the money back. Never heard from them. Those dealers changed their website name as too many people caught up with them: https://www.easycarcredit247.co.uk They knew I was driving from Halifax to Northern Ireland with my daughter. They gave me unsafe car with unbalanced wheels and broken steering wheel column. I was really lucky we didn't end up in the hospital, or worse. Please stay away from those dealers! They don't care if you end up dead!

These people are criminals. They threaten you if you dont agree with them. Horrible horrible people truly. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Seen these awful scumbags on the tele, the way they spoke and spat at those just doing their job is disgraceful. For a problem that was bought on by themselves - biggest scammers and disgusting rude people. Don’t go near them!

As I live In Halifax I searched the local dealers for a ford focus. Motor arena have a terrible reputation locally but the did have a car I was interested in. I know they have been hauled through the courts many times for selling very dodgy cars and have been on the tv''s The Sheriff are coming. What an experience I had there. The car was very scruffy and overpriced. Can you believe the horrible salesmen became aggressive when I pointed out many problems. So be warned. Dodgy cars and dodgy people go together. Stay away.
