There was a small issue with the wheel sensor. I went directly through my dealership, who dealt with the warranty. I got booked in almost immediately. I was pleased with the fact that my Merc was going to a Mercedes garage, as I knew it was the best place for it to go. However, the actual repairs took almost three weeks. This was due to a part that needed ordering and took a while to arrive, so that was a bit disappointing. I was given a courtesy car, which I didn’t feel was the best, but I was grateful to have been offered one. I didn’t have to pay for anything, it was all covered for me. It was just the wait that has dimmed the experience slightly (not the warranties fault). Since having my car back, everything has been running as it should, without any more fault lights or issues. I just felt the wait time was rather prolonged for an issue that could have been fixed within a day.

I didn't ever feel like I was being messed around. Everything was organised and completed within one week. I had some issues with my calipers. The warranty did cover all of this, but then my garage had to cover some electrical issues, which made everything perfect again. I have had no further issues. I did have to pay a little initially, but this has all been refunded to me, which is good. I am very happy with The Motoring Organisation.

I went straight through The Motoring Organisation, and the whole process was really good. I had to cover part of the cost, and they paid for the replacement of the master cylinder and the £40 per hour labour. They are a really good company and I would highly recommend them. If you are looking for a company that doesn’t make the process prolonged or more stressful than it needs to be, then this is definitely the one to go for.

I went through my dealership, who handled the warranty, to get a coil spring sorted. It felt like a very straightforward process with no messing around. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, so I can’t really complain. I’m just hoping everything continues to go well from this point forward.

I have a four-year policy with The Motoring Organisation, and they are a brilliant warranty company. I could not be happier with the service I receive from them any time I have used them. Most recently, I had some issues with my Audi Q7. I called up and explained the situation, and they helped get everything sorted as quickly as possible. I’ve always found that they make sure repairs are carried out to a high standard. Once the work was done, I sent over the invoice and the payment was made almost immediately. There is definitely a big peace of mind in being with the right company.

I am really happy with the repairs that have been done on my vehicle. The turnaround was within the day, which was impressive. I’ve had cars in the past where repairs took a lot longer, but this time it was an in-and-out process and I didn’t have to wait long to get the vehicle back. I haven’t run into any issues since. They even changed the battery for me, as well as fixing the main fault in the radiator. The dealership where I originally purchased the car made sure everything was covered, and the warranty company paid it out right away without any hassle. My BMW went to a specialist for the repairs, which has definitely paid off. I’m really pleased with both the warranty claim process and the quality of the repairs. Definitely one of the better warranty companies I’ve dealt with.

Once the process got started, everything moved very quickly. The issues I had were fixed within a day, and I have already received the payment for it. I’m back on the road and really pleased with how smoothly it all went. I went directly through the warranty and used a garage local to me. Overall, I’m very happy with how the process works.
