Due to where I live, I was struggling to find a garage that would carry out the work as not a lot of people want to deal with warranty. Once I found a garage, I had to make the initial payment and wait the following Friday to get the money back. Which I got back on the day they advised me but I'm not sure why they couldn't just pay it back on the same day. The repairs have been successful, and at the moment, I've not had any further issues with the timing gear.

Repairs was good for customer service and response really quick so great overall so I'd give you a 5

The whole claims process was pretty seamless, to be honest and it was better than I thought it was going to be. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I think the process could have been streamlined even more if they were able to pay the garage directly instead of me picking up the bill. That being said, the money was back in my account when they said it would and the repairs have been spot on.

It's not a big issue, but since getting my Peugeot Partner back from the garage, I have noticed that there could be a small issue with the AdBlue sensor because it doesn't register low or high, but it's something I can keep an eye on. But the repairs on the AdBlue tank seem to be working fine, and I got the money back in my account when I was told it would.

Last month I had to claim on my warranty to have my alternator fixed and after 2 days of being in the garage, everything has been perfect with the car. 5 out of 5.

I purchased a car from a dealership and had some issues, which turned out to be the Abs Sensor. Since I still had warranty, I called up TMO to start the claims process, and I was happy with how everything went. I didn't have much involvement after that, as TMO and the dealership took care of the rest. I didn't expect for the repairs to be done so fast, but I got the car back, and it's been absolutely fine.
