Lambda Sensor

My reason was because I haven't fully inspected my car to see how good it actually is but it's performing very well and don't hear/see any issues with the vehicle.

4 stars only because TMO weren't able to find a garage near me that could do the work, but I managed to find a garage myself. Following the repairs, everything is now working as it should. Before making the claim, I was advised that payments are processed every Friday and when it came to getting my refund, there were no delays in getting the money. So overall, the process was quick and easy.

I've just had my car back last week after it went in the garage to have the heating matrix repaired, and up to now, I haven't noticed any further issues with it, and everything seems to be working as it should. At the start of making the claim, I wasn't sure how it all worked but after receiving an email explaining the steps, I followed each one and it turned out to be a pretty seamless process. It all happened quite quick but I was clear of the steps and it all went fine.

Having issues with your car can cause a lot of stress but The Motoring Organisation made it easy to get the water pump sorted. The car went in the garage, I paid the money for the repairs and within a couple of days I got the money in the account. They even sent me an email to say the money was going to be returned. No issues whatsoever from my end.
