When I experienced a fault with my Range Rover Velar, I contacted the dealership where I’d purchased it. They promptly arranged collection of the vehicle and diagnosed the issue as a nox sensor. I then got in touch with TMO to discuss a claim and provided a quotation as requested. The entire process was efficient and they covered the repair cost without issue. One minor suggestion would be to consider weekend opening hours, which would make things even more convenient. That said, I’m really pleased with how effective my policy has been and would definitely be interested in extending it.
