I was happy enough with how everything went with The Motoring Organisation, the only thing was the garage who were fixing my issue hadn't worked with the warranty provider before me. So they were apprehensive to release the car until they got payment. I ended up paying for it and then got reimbursed so it wasn't too much trouble, but as some feedback I think if it is a new garage that TMO are working with they should pay straight away rather than a week-ish later just to give that garage reassurance going forward. Other than that everything went okay, the issues are fixed and I think everyone is happy.

Claims process was simple, I took the issue to the dealership that I purchased my car from. They went through the warranty for me and then I did the finalising approval, from start to finish the whole thing took a few days, it was no bother at all. I have a 3 year warranty with TMO so if I ever have any issues I will be happy to use them again.

I'd give a good 5. I've since driven in atrocious weather conditions up the West Coast and on Skye with no issues at all. The work has been a complete success. It was so straightforward to get the work authorised and completed. Your agent dealt with the whole procedure professionally.

Yes the technician was very helpful and friendly and done an amazing job moving the the TV and Internet box to another room and all the wires are very neat

The fault I am having is electrical, we took it to one garage who couldn't fix it, the warranty company then referred us to another garage who explained that wouldn't be covered as it was an electrical fault. I'd rate my experience a 3 out of 5, I felt the staff at TMO were nice enough, however there was a lot of waiting around just to be disappointed. We are now booked into the a Jaguar dealership to get it resolved. The Jaguar garage does have a long wait, so I just think if the warranty would have made it clear from the start it wouldn't have been covered it would have saved time, it is just an unfortunate situation which is why I think a 3 star is fair.

When the issue occurred I went directly to The Motoring Organisation, it was super quick to get a hold of them. From the get go they were really helpful didn't have any issues, the issue I had was booked in and fixed within a week, I did have to pay and then get reimbursed. I got the car back on a weekend and got the payment from back early the following week. It was a no drama process, couldn't have gone more perfect. Would highly recommend.
