I found the pitstop trade centre on line and purchased two fridge van from jack was a gentleman and very pleasant to do business with a deal was done, saved me £1400 each van was good value than my local garage i traveled 2hours was worth it

Wish we had seen this sooner, but he’s changed the business name. Done exactly the same to my partner this weekend for £8 grand also. Needless to say, solicitor has been contacted, Left my partner with no work vehicle and a van that potentially needs thousands spending on it.
Please please look elsewhere. Fobbed off during the original purchase regarding the log book, promised it was in the post, never received, asked to return to collect and didn’t have it, absolute jokers and time wasters. Issue with the rear diff on purchase, refused to sort, was leaking oil, turned out to be more cost effective to replace the whole axle. 5 months in the head gasket had gone. The radiator had had that much rad-weld outed in its blocked the heater matrix and cashing a overheating issue that they couldn’t identify, vans has cost me circa 5k in repairs in 5 months. Avoid avoid avoid

My old van needed changing and my work pal had brought a van last year from the pitstop trade centre which he was very happy with..i managed to purchase one from the same place very happy and can't say a bad word

I bought a van from the dealer and part exchange my BMW the dealer gave me a receipt for the sale he signed it as Jack Mansfield and today I'm in court for the BMW i part exchange for because he never changed the logbook and sold the car on and I'm being penalised to the amount of roughly 1000 pounds don't buy any thing from this guy
Lie to customers about the vehicles. They misadvertise the vehicles. Bought mine with what looks like a dodgy MOT.... Talk down to you, like you're a child. Staff are useless AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

This is a fake review my company has purchased many vans over the past 10year and each time we have bin happy with a goid service
Contacted the dealership while away for work asking if I could secure a van with a deposit to buy. They replied with yes we can do that. I followed up by asking for a phone number to contact them on and details on where to send funds. No reply after sending 2 messages. Then they sold the van. Very bad way to conduct business. I'd avoid. Bad communication and dis-honest sales team

Stay well clear of The Pitstop Trade Centre in Mansfield, they wasted my time money all dodgy scrap vans told all good van was scrap looking around at the rest ov the vechiles all scrap the owner should be disgusted with him self letting that old man sit there all day taking the stick from customers having wasted journey looking at this rubbish stay clear u have been warned.

I was dealing with a guy called Jack (the owner). He advertised a Transit (YP59 OZO) on ebay. We agreed on the price, then travelled 100miles to his garage to view to the van. Cutting the long story short, ...... he told me he could not find the log book hence return tomorrow. The next day I called him before setting off and was not picking or returning my calls. Finally got him after using a different number and he was so rude. Not a business minded at all. Abusive language to say the least. Very, very, very unprofessional. These type of people needs to be striked off from dealing with the public. He wasted my time with false promises. The v5C doc was just a hiding reason for something that he didn't want me to find out on the van. His answers were not straight from the beginning. In short KEEP AWAY. Something odd with them. I couldn't find the Pitstop Trade Centre website either yet they claim to sell high value vehicles. THINK, THINK!
