I saw the Fiat 500 online, I really liked the car so went to have a look at it. The people were really nice. The customer service was really good, it was a quick and easy process, it didn’t get dragged out. I went to pick the car up as soon as we were able to.

Got a Fiat 500 from PR7 Car Company after seeing the car advertised on Autotrader, I went down the customer service I received was good, he was nice and friendly. I have been enjoying the Fiat so far it is great.

My experience with PR7 Car Company, I went to have a look on the Sunday, but they weren’t open so I called up on the Monday morning and they told me to come in for a test drive at 10 but I didn’t need to book or anything like that. I test drove the car, I then went back the following day to do the paperwork and that stuff, I collected the car the following evening after work, it was all easy enough. I have had no issues with the Fiat 500 yet, it is the same as my old car, it drives similar to my old car, and I have not had any problems so far. They weren’t pushy or anything, it was fine.

I love the Fiat 500 and Mark at PR7 couldn’t have been better to deal with, he was communitive, honest and it is a great car. I was looking for a specific Fiat 500 in a grey when this car come up he was straight away communicative, he couldn’t have done more to help.
