5 friendly staff and did the had the car ready in 5 days. Would use again

The dealership already has a good reputation. A friend of mine told me they are a good garage to go to, and I believe he was right. I love the car I got from here. There have been no issues with it at all. Everything was very professional, with no waiting around. Just all-round good service and great cars. I would recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy dealership.

The dealership was really presentable, and the staff were accommodating. The car I got has been great — I use it every day and haven’t had any issues. Any questions I had were answered, and I found the staff more than happy to help with anything I needed. I did feel the car could have been cleaned a little better, but apart from that, everything was great and I’m pleased.

Brilliant service. I was in and out the same day with my vehicle. I came across the car online and went to view it. I was pleased with the condition of the car. Everything was as pictured and described. There was nothing hidden or anything that surprised me. They made sure everything was taken care of by helping me with all the paperwork. There were no issues at all, just a really positive process.

I bought a BMW 435D a few weeks ago and am very happy with the service provided, and the car. Andy delivered to the car to me in NW London which was greatly appreciated, and they changed the front discs and pads as were advisory on the MOT. There were two warnings on the dash when I received the car. The tyre pressures were low all round and needed around 10psi in each, and both remote keys needed replacement batteries. Both minor issues but I think should have been sorted before delivery.

The dealership (The Small Car Company) has been very helpful throughout the process of buying my Honda Civic and with especially with my part exchange. The whole process was good enough for me.

Solid 4 out of 5 stars for my experience. Everything with my Honda CRV has been pretty good. I'm working up North and the car has made it up here okay. I do get a tyre pressure light on when I get up to speed but otherwise it's been good and there hasn't been any nasty surprises.

5 out of 5 for The Small Car Company. I purcahsed a BMW 116 M Sport and so far it's going okay.

I'm very pleased with my latest purchase of the Ssangyong Musso. The car should have been serviced last September, but I've not got any proof that this has been done, which I'll need to make sure my warranty stays valid. As for the sale on the day, I have no complaints at all.

Other than my AC not working, which could need re-gassing. I'd say everything else with my Honda Civic is fine.
