My Suzuki Swift isn't a bad little motor at all! I’ve already upgraded the back lights to LEDs, and it’s looking great. The team at the dealership was a joy to do business with. The service was great. I forgot the chap's name, but he had an easy going manner. He gave us straight answers to our questions, which made it much easier to make our decision. So far so good with my Citreon Berlingo, it's driving as it should. The team at the dealership was very good. I popped into the dealership on the off chance and was offered a test drive straight away, which was great. After deciding to take the car, it was ready towards the end of the week following a fresh MOT.

The VW Passat is working superbly, and I really like it. The only small issue I’ve had is trying to get my phone to link with the car, but that’s just a minor thing. The customer service was excellent, and they couldn’t have been nicer. There was absolutely no pressure or pushiness. They handed me the keys and it felt like "Take as long as you need and if you have any questions or need any help, I’ll be in the office." I’ve been to places before where the staff are constantly leaning over your shoulder, but this was nothing like that. It was such a relaxed and pleasant experience.

Today I purchased my new car from The Small Car Company. What a great experience I had. From the initial enquiry online to purchase, the service I received from Andy was excellent. Andy brought the car from their dealership in Eastleigh to my home in Clanfield just to view. A distance of 30 miles. I took the vehicle for a test drive and it was as good as it was described. Andy answered all my questions, and there was no hard sale. I did my homework online beforehand and I am very happy with the excellent price I have paid. It was a pleasure doing business with Andy.
